Brightspace Intermittent Availability - 2/9/17

Solution

Users may experience intermittent issues accessing the Learning Environment. These users will get a DNS error when attempting to access the Rose State College Brighspace by D2L login screen. D2L suggests users refresh their browsers if they encounter connectivity errors. D2L's Infrastructure Teams have addressed the issue, however, the applied change might take additional time before all user issues are resolved.
